Case Study

Context: This course was inspired by a Relationship Building course I created for Customer Success Specialists at a SaaS company. These professionals are responsible for ensuring that customers achieve success with the products or services they have purchased. 

Challenges: Tailoring the course to meet the specific needs and skill levels of the target audience was crucial for this project. Finding the right level of detail and complexity was challenging and required multiple interviews with Customer Success professionals who shared their experience on the job.

Solutions: This visually appealing presentation can be used within a self-paced E-Learning course, or it could be presented as Instructor-Led Training to a group of in-person or virtual participants. It could also be converted into an engaging animated video, using the slide notes as a voiceover script.

Results: The course provides Customer Success Specialists with insights and strategies for building strong working relationships, developing essential competencies, and effectively engaging with others to understand their motivations and drive mutual outcomes in their customer success roles.
